Lizz uses roller skating, the Alexander technique and swimming to remain active. Lizz has taken to roller skating in a big way and has found roller skating to be a big confidence booster and a great way to strengthen the gluts, thighs and hamstrings.

    A news article on healthy eating by Times Newspaper. Exercise may not be enough to lose weight. In fact you could be waisting your time if you do not have a healthy diet as the calories you put in your mouth may far exceed the amount of calories you are capable of burning off.
